Based on recent GSE feedback and QC findings, Pennymac has clarified requirements related to documentation received with the loan file. Regardless of AUS documentation requirements, all documentation submitted with the loan file is subject to review and analysis and may be used for qualification purposes. We are analyzing the documentation to assess the impact.
All Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, and AUS Jumbo Product Profiles were recently updated reflecting the above.
