PennyMac will be requiring the following fields to be populated for all Bulk bid tapes effective per the dates shown below.

Bid tapes not containing these required fields on or after the effective date may be subject to a price adjustment post loan delivery, if applicable.
(*) LLPA Waiver effective date will be communicated in an upcoming announcement. We request that you start including in Bulk tapes immediately, or as soon as possible, to avoid delays and take advantage when this pricing enhancement is released for Bulk commitments.
