Pennymac will update Government & Conventional LLPAs effective for all Best Effort commitments taken on or after Wednesday, July 06, 2022, as follows:

  • Update values on ‘Government FICO’ LLPA Grid
  • Update values on ‘Conventional FICO/LTV Cashout Refinance’ LLPA Grid
