Effective with locks on or after April 29, 2020, PennyMac is temporarily pausing the Enterprise Paid Mortgage Insurance (EPMI) program. All other mortgage insurance options referenced in our conforming conventional product profiles are acceptable. As this is a temporary pause, rate sheets will not be changed at this time.
