Currently, PennyMac clients are able to access rate sheets via the “Rate Sheets” menu option on the Correspondent Portal. Each rate sheet is accessible in either an Excel, PDF or CSV file type.
Effective with rate sheets posted on or after Tuesday, January 20, 2015, the PDF and CSV file types will no longer be available for download. Going forward, the Excel format will continue to be available and will be the sole format offered.
